They keep him down on the farm
Where he wanders around, screaming at the daisies
He doesn’t get into town much
But when he does the town goes crazy
He spends his rainy days painting pictures of the sun
In nice bright colors
They ought to keep him in a rubber room
Three squares a day and a plastic spoon
Junior’s going over the wall
He fell on his head, he had a great fall
And all the King’s horses and all the King’s men
Couldn’t put junior back together again
His teacher says he’s a fool, doesn’t belong here in school
He keeps disrupting the classroom
He doesn’t play well with the other children
Out on the playground
Junior’s going over the wall
And mama’s wondering who is going to pay for it all
And all the King’s horses and all the King’s men
Couldn’t put junior back together again
I heard a rumor; they say he’s down in Vegas
Making faces at all the slot machines
Some people say that he’s got no sense at all
But last time I saw him he had three cherries in a row
Junior’s going over the wall
He had a great summer ands a hell of a fall
And all the King’s horses and all the King’s men
Never saw hide nor hair of junior again
